Although the touch part of our CTOUCH monitors is automatically detected in Windows 10 (as HID), it only allows a maximum of 20 simultaneously touch inputs. To be able to go up 32 touch points, a special driver is needed which can be downloaded here (windows 7,8 and 10).
After installing the driver, there is also an option to align the touch (again) in case needed.
- Windows touch driver Laser Air+ all screen sizes (version 184.108.40.206): download
TIP: After installing the driver, press 6 times on Caps-Lock to start the calibration.
For Apple devices running MacOS 10.10 and above, you will need to install the driver to make touch working.
There are two different drivers depending on screen size. The two different drivers can be downloaded via below links:
- MacOS touch driver Laser air+ up to 84 inch: download
- MacOS touch driver Laser air+ only 86 inch: download
Important Note: The driver is not yet supporting MacOS 10.12 (High Sierra). If you are running High Sierra already and need the driver, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can update you as soon as it is available.
